Ever since I interned with the Charlotte Observer as a high school student, photography has been a beloved piece of my life. I took the plunge and made it my profession in 2008, and I have never looked back. This business fuels my creative side and brings me in contact with incredible clients.
Whether it’s capturing those delicate first days of a newborn’s life, the happy tears in a groom’s eyes as he sees his beautiful bride for the first time, or the joy in a family’s walk through life together, I feel blessed to bear witness to God’s gifts and document them. I ensure that my clients’ most precious memories are kept.
I am proud to be a Charlotte native. Though many have come and gone from the Queen City, I’ve called Charlotte home since my birth. Despite my deep roots here, I love to travel. I spent over two years living in the Middle East before returning home, and I’m always dreaming about our next adventure.
These days, when I’m not behind the lens, I live a charmed life with my hilarious engineer husband, Matt, and my three boys: Oliver (b. 2011), Canaan (b. 2012) and Knox (b. 2014). I am grateful for the support of Matt and also my incredible mom, who allow me to balance my career and my most treasured role as wife and mother. I work from my home office most days, surrounded by handmade goodness, color, and style. Ultimately, I want to use my gift to glorify Jesus out of gratitude for His immeasurable gift to me.
